Establish infaq stores for excess resources, ensuring efficient allocation and accessibility to those in need.

Transition from private zakat collection to institutional processes, providing evidence to donors and empowering the community.
Focus on Local Agri-Livestock Development
Initially concentrate efforts on local Agrilivestock enterprises, starting with sheep farming in J&K, followed by expanding initiatives into the Academic and Health sectors.
